Description
One of the traditional South American vinegars – vinagre de piña – or pineapple vinegar, combined in a duet with natural apple cider vinegar to provide not only an exotic and strong taste, but also additional health benefits.
In this combination, vinegar is enriched with even more vitamins (C, B1, B6, and B9) and minerals (magnesium, manganese, copper, potassium), probiotics that improve the immune system, digestion, and act as an anti-inflammatory.
This vinegar will add a special sparkle to salad dressings, improve the consistency of smoothies and cocktails, and act as an acidity regulator to balance out flavor nuances. Use it to make salsas and sauces, and drizzle over grilled or baked seafood or fish. Goes great with Asian cuisine.
It can be used to make refreshing drinks – along with lightly carbonated water and berries, honey or maple syrup, or to add a slightly sour and exotic flavor to a light herbal tea.
