1.1. These terms apply to the purchase of goods in the online store www.doles.lv, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and are binding on the person making the purchase, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. Orders cannot be placed without agreement.
1.3. The terms are applied as a Distance Contract, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and Cabinet Regulations No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts”.
2.1. All products, their descriptions, and prices are listed with the respective product.
2.2. Prices are indicated in euros without VAT, as the merchant is not a VAT payer.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices and offers without prior notice.
3.1. To place an order, the Buyer selects products, fills in the required information, and confirms the order.
3.2. Before confirming the order, the Buyer must indicate their agreement to these terms.
3.3. After confirming the order, the Seller sends a confirmation to the email address provided by the Buyer.
4.1. Delivery methods, terms, and costs are indicated at the time of placing the order.
Maximum delivery time is 7 days from the order placement.
4.2. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the actions of third parties (e.g., courier companies).
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the product within 14 days without stating a reason.
5.2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all accessories.
5.3. Return costs are covered by the Buyer, except in cases where the product is damaged or does not match the order.
5.4. The money will be refunded to the Buyer’s account within 3 business days.
6.1. The Seller ensures that food products are delivered in accordance with applicable regulatory acts, including the Food Circulation Law.
6.2. If the Buyer finds that the product is damaged, does not match the description, or has expired, they have the right to submit a claim within 7 days of receiving the product by writing to info@doles.lv.
6.3. The Seller reviews the claim within 5 business days and, if it is justified, offers a product exchange or a refund.
7.1. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7.2. Data is used only for order processing and is not transferred to third parties without the Buyer’s consent.
8.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If this is not possible, the dispute is heard in a court of the Republic of Latvia.
8.2. The terms may be amended, and the current version is always available in the online store.
